And Xiangyang people also have a special affection for the Han River. For Xiangyang people, "going for a walk by the river" has become a habit, a sense of ritual integrated into daily life.
The villa in this case is located in the E area of Pang Gong Bieyuan in Xiangyang, with an excellent geographical location overlooking the magnificent scenery of the Han River. In the design process, we fully considered the living needs and aesthetic taste of the owners. Through clever space planning and reasonable material selection, we created a warm harbor that not only has a modern living atmosphere, but also allows the owners to fully enjoy the beautiful scenery of the Han River and feel the reunion and happiness with family and friends.
In the traditional Chinese social and cultural context, family reunions and gatherings of relatives and friends for meals during festivals and holidays are highly symbolic and emotionally cohesive customs, carrying the inheritance and continuation of family culture. From a professional perspective of spatial planning and functional adaptation, if the large round table is placed on the first floor of the space, it will not only lead to inefficient utilization of spatial resources due to the mismatch between spatial scale and frequency of use, but also, in daily living scenarios, due to the limitations of spatial layout, family members can only use one side of the large round table for meals, greatly reducing the convenience and comfort of use.
In view of this, we have ingeniously planned the large round table on the underground B2 level. This area has an open and unrestricted spatial layout and ample floor height conditions, which can easily accommodate many relatives to sit around and dine, creating a warm, lively and highly reunion atmosphere for dining scenes, allowing family to fully unite and sublimate in food and laughter.
In order to fully meet the daily living habits and diverse functional needs of the owners, we have carefully created a comprehensive functional space on the B2 floor that integrates social interaction, leisure and entertainment, and fitness exercise. Covering rest areas, tea rooms, and fitness areas.
In order to fully adapt to the diverse needs of homeowners' daily lives, the central water bar function module has been synchronously planned, achieving close linkage and efficient service with surrounding functional areas. After completing fitness exercises, homeowners can easily go to the water bar area to replenish their hydration; At the same time, after enjoying tea in the tea room, the owner can easily wash the tea utensils in the water bar without having to wander around other spaces. The reasonable planning of these functional areas and the clever setting of the water bar not only optimize the efficiency of space use, but also enhance the smoothness and comfort of homeowners switching between different functional areas.
At the level of spatial functional positioning, the first floor is clearly defined as a public activity area, with the important mission of promoting daily communication and interaction among family members and receiving visiting guests. Based on this functional attribute, we have scientifically planned the spatial layout by placing the living room and guest room on the first floor area. The guest rooms are located near the entrance, making it convenient for guests to enter and exit without delving into the private living areas of the owners and their families, effectively avoiding unnecessary interference with the daily life of the owners' families due to guest activities
In the spatial functional zoning planning, the second and third floors are accurately positioned as private resting areas for homeowners and their families, with a design focus on creating a quiet, comfortable, and undisturbed living environment.
The bedroom, as the core private space, is designed with the concept of comfort and practicality in mind. The color scheme uses soft tones, combined with a warm lighting system, to create a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere through the synergy of light, shadow, and color, which meets the physiological needs of human senses for a relaxing environment. Each bedroom is equipped with basic functions such as daily grooming and storage to meet the needs of residents, enhancing the convenience and privacy of life.
