NH
Project Description
This is a special space designed to enjoy innovative French cuisine, themed around another dimension, with just 10 seats available. After spending a brief moment in the first-floor waiting room, adorned in soft shades like greige and champagne gold, ascending the staircase to the second floor reveals a purple, otherworldly space unfolding before you. The entire space is enveloped by seven seamless purple skins covering the ceiling and walls. These skins overlap, with subtle gaps housing indirect lighting that casts a fantastical glow upon the purple surfaces. Above the counter, crafted from natural marble in a bold, arched pattern, sit ten small spotlights – one for each seat – directing their light precisely onto the dishes displayed there. An open kitchen faces the counter, allowing diners to enjoy watching chefs prepare French cuisine with exceptional skill. Furthermore, the walls flanking the counter are covered in dried moss artwork, harmonising with the purple space.
