The "Hara Hachi Bun Me" pillow, as its name suggests, features an innovative design—filled to 80% with buckwheat hulls—meticulously crafted to optimize sleep quality. This unique filling approach effectively restricts the movement of the hulls, and allows users to finely tune the height from 4 to 12 centimeters by adjusting the hull distribution. Such adaptability ensures an ergonomic fit with the cervical spine, meeting diverse preferences for neck support and significantly alleviating pressure on the neck and shoulders. Moreover, the pillow caters to the widespread Asian preference for a firmer sleeping experience. When paired with an appropriate mattress, the buckwheat hulls within leverage their inherent firmness to enhance spinal support. This feature is particularly beneficial for those suffering from neck pain due to prolonged smartphone use or extensive desk work.
