Zhuhai Huafa Sino Mansion
Project Description
Zhuhai Huafa Sino Mansion is a mixed-use development located at the
core administrative district of Xiangzhou, nestled between the mountains
and the sea, with the total GFA of 130,000 square meters and the total
building height of exceed about 180 meters. The project is the living garden
of the city that integrates shopping leisure, social entertainment, ecological
livability, and leisure experience.
In order to create an ecological city with lush greenery and comfortable
living experience, the design is inspired by the concepts of the stacked and
poetic-form terraced fields with the vertical greenery. The tower-volume are
designed to appear faceted in elevation which help to visually reduce the
building's scale while emphasizing its vertical form. The two towers are
strategically positioned to maximize the perimeter views towards both the
mountain and the cityscapes. It also respects and minimizes the shadowing
impact to the surrounding infrastructure. Besides, to benchmark the project
labelled of global luxury landmarks in the city, the design aims to create a
modern art of superfluid façade crowned with the T-shaped rooftop feature
which is cladded in champaign-gold metal panels.
To build a shopping mall with a comfortable living experience full of
greenery, the massing and the facade design is inspired by the nature and
blending with the unique humanities and art of the city. Meanwhile,
connection with the Cultural Center at south side of the plot is also
considered. The commercial facade is inspired by natural landscape of
forest, bamboo and waterfalls, to address its diversity through architectural
fins with individual profiles.
The modern techniques are used to entrust the spirit of the city, integrating
nature with humanities and art through sunken plaza and blending in with
the surrounding urban environment. It combines the elements of terrace
with greenery to show a poetic form. Layers of interlocked spaces are
connected smoothly creating a unique experience. The forest garden on
podium top integrates nature and life, making a comfortable living
community experience with simplicity and synchronizing with the linear
Zhuhai Huafa Properties Co., Ltd. (abbreviation: Huafa Properties) is a
platform company undertaking the real estate development sector of Huafa
Group. It was established in 1992 and has national first-class real estate
development qualifications. It was successfully listed on the Shanghai Stock
