Project Description
The project is located in Nanchang County, Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province. The site is positioned west of Liantang North Avenue, north of Xiaolan North Road, and south of Kanglian Road, forming a rectangular shape in a north-south direction. The total area within the redline boundary is 39,240 square meters, with a building footprint of 9,410.89 square meters.
The overall theme is "Urban Life, Natural Narratives," aiming to create a modern and natural experiential community that offers a quality living experience. The entire area is connected by a dual-axis structure with seven courtyards as the core nodes, blending and permeating functional spaces to recreate memories of natural narratives. It aims to create social spaces with warmth and a sense of belonging in the bustling city.
The entrance for motor vehicles in the community is located on the west side, along the planned road, with 171 ground parking spaces. The main pedestrian entrances and exits are located on Liantang North Avenue, aiming to provide prominent and grand entrances on the urban road.
The landscape design utilizes an overall planning concept, focusing on key areas, enhancing levels at critical corners, and reducing plant hierarchy and density in minor areas. The goal is to let the plants grow naturally over time, creating a "living forest" scene that offers beautiful views throughout the four seasons. While ensuring panoramic landscape views for each resident, the design also ensures privacy within the residential area.
