This residential design project encompasses an area of 30 ping (99 square meters) and is meticulously crafted to cultivate a harmonious living space for parents, children, and their beloved pets. Central to this design are the principles of simplicity, functionality, comfort, and harmonious cohabitation. To achieve this, we have carefully considered the spatial layout and functional configurations, ensuring that each area flows seamlessly into the next. Moreover, we have chosen high-quality, non-toxic, and scratch-resistant materials, prioritizing safety and durability without compromising aesthetics. As a result, this inviting environment not only promotes a sense of well-being but also enhances the overall living experience for the homeowner’s family and their furry companions. Ultimately, every element of the design works in concert to foster a nurturing and stylish atmosphere.
The public area is designed with an inviting open-plan layout that seamlessly merges the living and dining spaces, thereby enhancing the overall activity area and fostering richer interactions among family members. To cater to the needs of pets, the flooring is meticulously crafted from scratch-resistant, waterproof wood that is exceptionally durable, ensuring both aesthetic appeal and practical functionality. Moreover, the thoughtfully designed storage areas feature built-in cabinets that are handle-free and discreetly hidden, creating a sleek, uncluttered appearance without compromising on versatility. Additionally, the team has incorporated built-in cat perches and a dedicated pet toilet, along with advanced air purification equipment. This setup not only enhances air circulation but also effectively controls odors, ultimately crafting a pet-friendly and harmonious living environment that balances comfort with style.
