The Curve Residence
Project Description
PROJECT: THE CURVE RESIDENCE
Designer: EllenDavis Interior Design
The Curve Residence is a 4-bedroom private home that exemplifies refined modern living through a seamless integration of architecture, interior design, and lifestyle functionality. Delivered within an 8-week timeline, the project showcases efficiency without compromising on quality or detail.
The scope combined new build and renovation, including the construction of an outer kitchen, store room, and a converted reservoir—strategically integrated to enhance both usability and spatial harmony.
The interiors were reimagined with a clean, timeless aesthetic, featuring precision tiling, cohesive paint finishes, and bespoke joinery tailored to the space. Custom cabinetry, wardrobes, and vanities were designed to elevate both functionality and visual appeal.
Lighting and electrical systems were upgraded to improve efficiency while creating layered, ambient experiences across the home. Plumbing systems and sanitary fittings were also modernized to ensure reliability and comfort.
The project extends into the outdoors with carefully curated landscaping—incorporating greenery, paving, and pathways to enhance the home’s overall presence. Final styling included bespoke furnishings, curated accessories, and commissioned art pieces, adding depth, personality, and a distinctive design narrative.
The Curve Residence reflects EllenDavis Interior Design’s commitment to delivering sophisticated, functional, and enduring spaces tailored to modern living.

Belle Yemofio is a multi-award-winning interior and exterior designer and the Founder and Creative Director of EllenDavis Interior Design, based in Accra, Ghana.
She began her early career in the United States before transitioning into banking, where she spent over thirteen years. During this time, her passion for design quietly grew as she transformed spaces for family, friends, and eventually her own home. This passion was deeply influenced by her upbringing in a creative household—her father an architect, her mother a skilled knitter and crocheter, alongside siblings who pursued architecture and confectionery.
Driven by what she describes as her creative calling, Belle transitioned fully into interior design and has since spent over eight years redefining spaces with a distinctive blend of functionality, elegance, and personality. Her work reflects a deep appreciation for detail, culture, and individuality, creating environments that are both aesthetically refined and deeply personal.
Her excellence has earned her multiple international recognitions, including Best Luxury Residential Interior Designer in Ghana at the Luxury Lifestyle Awards (USA), She Achiever in Interior Design in Africa, and most recently, a prestigious international award in Milan under the IIDA Award – Professional Award for Residential Space (Innovation Category), marking her presence on the global design stage.
She has also been honored as the Most Respected CEO in Interior and Exterior Design at the Ghana Industry CEO Awards and recognized among the most outstanding female designers in Ghana.
Belle’s work and influence have been featured in global publications such as Forbes Africa, Business Executive Magazine, Glitz Africa Living, Dream Magazine Africa, and other international platforms.
She is also the author of The Art and Science of Interior Design, a book that explores the balance between creativity and functionality in design, offering insight into her philosophy, journey, and approach to crafting spaces that inspire and enhance well-being.
Passionate about her craft, Belle believes that great design goes beyond aesthetics—it should elevate everyday living. As she puts it, “It feels great when people compliment my work, and I feel immensely delighted to see my clients more satisfied than I thought they would be.”
