The interior features a design that emphasizes authenticity, with a solid wood counter and walls entirely covered in plaster. Because its main branch is in Kanazawa City, the restaurant incorporates the traditional Kanazawa colors, Kaga Gosai, into the accent walls.
While many restaurants adopt open exteriors, Sushi Yuusho deliberately closes its exterior to create a sense of anticipation for those entering.
