RK Properties- Jiu Yuan Changzhou it is a pension club with a new design concept, based on geriatric medicine and characterized by comprehensive rehabilitation, and with a new model to create a space to meet the different needs of living / living / service. Hotel level clubs and supporting facilities let residents enjoy a happy time in old age.
CLRC (Continuing Life Retirement Community), meaning "continuous living and retirement community", is an optimization and upgrading based on CCRC and deeply combined with the traditional Chinese culture and social environment. Compared with CCRC, CLRC is the iteration from "physical care" to "quality of life", from serving "individual life" to serving "individual needs". From the active life and life vitality of the elderly, it provides a high-end and sustainable one-stop environment from physical to physical and mental health.
The whole space of the club takes traditional culture as the background and is permeated with strong Oriental characteristics. The new Chinese style of wooden structure is adopted to pay attention to the sense of hierarchy and jumping, which not only enriches the space, but also reflects the traditional aesthetics. Gray and white wall surface paved marble lines are smooth and simple, throughout the whole space, furniture, furnishings, green plants and lights echo each other, showing the rich heritage of the space.
In addition, the whole space is also equipped with leisure and entertainment areas, swimming pool, fitness... enhance the fun of the elderly, but also drive the new fashion of the new era.
