ReMarkable

Project Description

Concept β›˜ 𝑨 π‘³π’Šπ’‡π’† π‘ͺ𝒂𝒓𝒗𝒆𝒅 π’Šπ’ 𝑴𝒂𝒓. The name Remarkable serves as a direct reflection of the project’s core materialβ€”Marble. It embodies a "special and solid" design philosophy, where the pursuit of a remarkable lifestyle is realized through the timeless presence of natural stone.
Materials β›˜ 𝑩𝒂𝒍𝒂𝒏𝒄𝒆 𝒐𝒇 π‘π’Šπ’“π’Žπ’π’†π’”π’” & π‘Ύπ’‚π’“π’Žπ’•π’‰
. The space features extensive imported marble, using its natural veins and tones to subtly partition the home. To balance the coolness of the stone, we integrated Spring Elm wood with a wire-brushed texture. This simple yet deliberate contrast creates an atmosphere that is both luxurious and grounded.
Structure β›˜ π‘³π’Šπ’ˆπ’‰π’• & π‘½π’π’π’–π’Žπ’† π‘ͺπ’‚π’‘π’Šπ’›π’ˆ.π’Šπ’•π’‚π’
On the high ceilings, we introduced a mezzanine to add functional flexibility. Large openings draw in natural light and garden views, connecting the interior with the rhythm of nature. It is a space that allows one to truly experience the ease of β€œc’est la vie.”

To address local weather, a radiant floor heating system was installed beneath the marble. This configuration ensures warmth in winter while utilizing the stone’s natural cooling in summer. The result is a home that balances aesthetic integrity with practical, year-round comfort.
