Project Description

Guangzhou Wenta Space Design Office takes "Natural Coexistence · Artistic Dwelling" as its core concept, integrating modern aesthetics and life philosophy into the spatial texture. The underground space is planned as a multi-functional art area. Natural light is introduced through sunken courtyards, allowing the display of collections and the green plant landscape to form an interactive narrative. The third floor above ground takes "light and scenery" as the main design theme. Through the layered interpretation of materials and colors, it builds a comfortable and artistic living space.
The spacious living space on the first floor features 270° floor-to-ceiling Windows as the canvas, incorporating the seasonal scenes of the courtyard into the dynamic background of the interior. The high-end grey base sets a serene tone, with local caramel orange fabric soft furnishings outlining a warm outline. The embellishment of metal ornaments and art paintings makes the space exude a refined texture in its minimalist style. The open dining and kitchen area forms a circular circulation with the living room. The texture of the stone slabs on the central island counter and the wooden cabinets complement each other, presenting an aesthetic of material collision
The master bedroom suite on the second floor takes the design inspiration of a "private art gallery". The custom-made cabinets conceal light and shadow tracks. The sleeping area and the dressing area are separated by long rainbow glass, ensuring both transparency and privacy. The tea room on the third floor adopts the theme of "Zen Dry Landscape". The lattice screen filters out the light, and the old elm wood tea table and Xuan paper chandelier create an Oriental atmosphere. The green plants in the rooftop garden outside the window form an internal and external echo with the indoor landscape, allowing the residents to find a quiet corner in the city
The entire scheme adopts the design language of "less is more", making materials, light and natural scenery the main characters of the space, and ultimately presenting a modern art home that can be lived in, appreciated and contemplated.

After working for ten years, I started my own business and established the Wenhe Design Methodology. I have been researching professional design techniques that lead my peers and have been involved in design projects for many years. I have been awarded the title of "Outstanding Young Designer Under 40 in China", ranked among the top 100 in the Chinese Design Leaders List, and am an expert in the think tank of Hongqiao Design Week. I am also one of the initiators of the "China Design 12 People".
Wenhe is an asset operation team based on professional design services. We have spent six years completing 263 projects, including space design and brand design for various industries such as luxury villas, restaurants, apartments, exhibition halls, museums, and commercial centers. During this entrepreneurial process, I have established a complete set of design work methodologies, which can also help clients improve construction efficiency and reduce cost pressure. I am willing to share design methods and processes, and use design to help everyone make money.
Currently, we are starting to develop offline activities: "Stabilize the person involved" = the person who organizes the event. You can understand RUNTA as a "platform", providing basic services such as venues, customer service, club membership, etc. "Stabilize Him and Get Involved" organizes offline activities based on the "platform". The most distinctive feature of offline activities is that people can meet each other. Meeting is the most efficient way to build trust. To build strong connections and networks when starting a business, one should begin with face-to-face communication. So we believe that offline activities have continuous vitality. Wen He fully supports the organizers in organizing offline activities, including but not limited to participating in event planning, providing customer service and logistics, sharing club members, helping with promotion and publicity, and integrating resources needed for organizing events (such as event venues), etc. Wen He will launch a series of aesthetic courses in the second half of the year, with the strong support of renowned mentors. Everyone, watch in time.
The future design direction will be international. And to supply more potential design resources to the world.
