Panora Estauria is a beachfront low-rise condominium residence in a famous seaside city of Thailand with a 2-hr drive from Bangkok province. The project is composed of four building connected together with the rooftop skywalk and sunset roofpark. The inner three buildings form a triangle-shaped water terrace with an adventurous walkway leadibg to the fourth building sit right at the Pattaya beach area. The design concept is not only emphasized on the peaceful and serene ambience of the beach dwelling but also the mood of tropical rainforest to reflect the local mangroove characteristics. All lobbies and corridors are designed with hotel-like atmosphere to encourage the relax and leisure pace activities. The design also plays with the shade and shadow of interior materials to subtly maximize the sensational experience of all guests as well as all selected fabrics and leathers used in furniture design.
All units are designed to be fully furnished including pantry set, wardrobe, living & dining furniture and bed set plus the pillows, pictures and all props in order to ensure the highest level of satisfactions and perfection. The design framework aims for the timeless modern minimal strengthen with a slim line design of trims and tracklighting. Rescaling is also one of the main design keys to balance the compact layout with proper functional design residential sizing. As a result, the units are utterly formed with highest panoramic seaview while maintained the maximum visual flow of all spaces within the residence with a color mixture combined the vivid beach vibe and the mysterious shade of the rainforest.
