Projet Description
As the third Chinese financial holding company, China Merchants Financial Holdings Co., Ltd. (referred to as China Merchants Financial Holdings) was formally established in Shenzhen in 2022. It is a brand new financial license of China Merchants and the latest achievement of China Merchants' century-old financial development history. The design focuses on spatial comfort and ecology, aiming to convey the stable and avant-garde corporate spirit of China Merchants Financial Holdings in an appealing working environment.
The official space of the project covers an area of about 1,000 square meters. It is located on the 22nd floor of Qianhai Kerry Centre and enjoys extraordinary views. The site is combined with good natural scenery and lighting conditions, thus, the overall spatial design is dominated by light tones. At the same time, the green and ecological office concept is embedded in the light tones to maximize the comfort of employees and improve working efficiency.
In terms of materials, it mainly uses metal, stone, and wood veneer. The overall design is in combination with a large number of design techniques such as stepping, oblique cutting, repetition, and continuous skills, with exquisite material matching and fine styling, to express the design theme of “turning stone into gold, riding on a wave”. In this way, it expresses the long-cherished wish for the vigorous development of the financial industry, and at the same time, it also highlights the background of the century-old marine culture of China Merchants.
