Nanjing Precious Mansion is located in the Dongshan core area of the Jiangning, Nanjing, Jiangsu Province. It refines the Jinling’s characteristics of gentle and modest demeanor which is appropriately blended of the elements of Nanyang style, and is narratively expressed by the contemporary design skills. While revealing the exotic style of the West, the project also is also uniquely featured with the gentle and modest characteristics of Chinese culture.
The project carries the artistic atmosphere which is a mixture of Chinese and Western styles. It cleverly integrates elements of the classical and modern, East and West, tradition and innovation. The design blends the spirits of the past and present together, respects local humanistic aesthetics. As a result, the project aims to provide the residents with the experience of tranquility habitation opposing to the bustle city.
By deeply delve into the essence of Chinese culture, the design integrates the creation of courtyards and spaces into the design. With a balanced and symmetrical layout, the project has both Eastern implications and a modern style. Besides, by utilizing the natural materials and adhering to the design principles of balance and symmetrical, traditional Chinese culture are integrated with its aim of modern design.
