Project Description
The total land area of the project is about 200 acres, with a total construction area of about 280000 square meters and a total investment of about 1.8 billion yuan. Focus on developing high value-added manufacturing of biological products, medical devices, and original new drugs, and introduce key links in enterprise headquarters, research and development centers, high-end production, and industrial chains. The design aims to create a demonstration sample of high-quality biopharmaceutical industrialization carrier space. The project will be implemented in two phases, with the first phase covering an area of approximately 100 acres and a total construction area of approximately 146000 square meters. Construction began in February 2021 and was officially completed in August 2023. The park planning of this project focuses more on "people-oriented", forming a spatial sequence through public nodes such as landscape squares, aerial terraces, rooftop gardens, and leisure courtyards, creating a multi-dimensional and three-dimensional place experience, strengthening the frequency of interaction between people, and forming a social network for industrial groups. Design and introduce various service-oriented formats, concentrated in the comprehensive supporting service area. In addition to meeting the core functions of production and research and development, provide other related facilities such as activity communication, enterprise display, catering services, living accommodation, etc., meet the humanized needs of enterprise customers, and create a composite park with coordinated development of "production", "life", and "ecology".
