Khalid Bin Sultan City Phase 1, redefines modern living through a mixed-use, master-planned community that blends villas and townhouses within beautifully landscaped surroundings, complemented by a diverse range of lifestyle amenities. The 1.5-kilometre site in Sharjah features the iconic BEEAH Headquarters alongside a seamless mix of residential, commercial, and leisure spaces. Drawing inspiration from the fluid, organic forms of the BEEAH Headquarters and the poetic landscapes of the region, the broader masterplan establishes a cohesive and forward-thinking vision. Within this context, the villas and townhouses designed by tkdp translate these principles into a refined residential language. This vision is expressed through distinctive architectural forms, thoughtfully planned public spaces, and the harmonious integration of residential, commercial, and recreational areas. Every element is carefully crafted to foster a strong sense of place, establishing a unique identity for Khalid Bin Sultan City where innovation, sustainability, and community living come together to create a modern, inspiring, and vibrant environment.
