Grand Hyatt Jakrata – CLUB ITALIANO
Project Description
This renovation project transformed the existing Asian restaurant [C’s] within Grand Hyatt Jakarta into [Club Italiano], a contemporary Italian dining destination with a vibrant social character. Inspired by Italian Futurism, the design reinterprets Italian culture through bold visual expression, dynamic forms, and layered materiality.
A new entrance bar was introduced to redefine the arrival experience, featuring a custom bar counter and a sculptural whiskey-glass chandelier that creates warmth through light and reflection. The transformation of existing Japanese paper feature walls into artistic installations composed of authentic vintage Italian vinyl records, establishing a stronger sense of identity and narrative within the space.
Developed in close collaboration with the branding team, the project brings together brand identity, culture, and spatial design to create a cohesive and memorable dining experience.
