Greentown · Hangzhou Qinglan Xuan, as Greentown China's strategic project for 2024, is located in a prime area of Hangzhou (specific location to be supplemented). It sets a new standard for high-end residential properties with three core advantages:
The project features modern minimalist architectural aesthetics and an innovative 270° panoramic curtain wall design, creating an artistic urban landmark. The interior spaces boast a 3.15-meter ceiling height and an LDKG integrated living area, with the 220㎡ main unit offering a unique dual-circulation layout for optimal space utilization.
The landscape design breaks traditional boundaries by creating a "vertical forest" ecosystem, incorporating rooftop gardens, sunken clubs, and all-age activity zones to form a three-dimensional green space. The project is also equipped with the latest smart community systems, including seamless access and smart home technologies.

TCD² targets first-tier city operators as its main clients and has completed numerous renowned projects in various sectors including exhibition centers, clubs, boutique show flats, boutique hotels, and high-end offices.
Founded in 2015, TCD² has nearly 10 years of experience and is headquartered in Jing'an District, Shanghai. Currently, the company employs 45 designers, including 28 in the hard decoration department and 17 in the soft decoration department. As one of the representatives of contemporary emerging design, the company operates two design brands: Pingze and Benzao. The Pingze brand focuses on interior design, while the Benzao brand specializes in soft decoration design and furnishings.
