Project Description
The project base is located in Hongkou District, Shanghai. The number of guest rooms is 120, and the project area is 25,000 square meters. Building No. 1 has 23 floors and a building height of 91.05 meters; Building No. 2 has 19 floors and a building height of 62.45 meters. Featured spaces include: all-day dining restaurant, resident lounge, indoor swimming pool, audio-visual room, golf simulation room and fitness center, etc.
Inherit the essence of Shanghai-style culture, reproduce the experience of ark at sea, and create a high-end boutique hotel. The project integrates the unique regional characteristics of the North Bund into the hotel scheme design, thus forming a boutique hotel with design highlights exclusive to the North Bund. In addition, the project also applies the story of the North Bund area to the compilation of hotel stories, and proposes to understand the history of Jewish friends from the "window", bringing this beautiful story of the North Bund to every visitor.
Under the background of urban organic renewal, this project is for the North Bund Group to create a project that conforms to the overall development goals of "world-class reception hall" and "world-class waterfront area with global influence" proposed by the city plan.
