"As rural tourism and vacations continue to heat up, the traditional tourism model, accommodation and food environment of ancient towns are no longer sufficient to meet the needs of tourists at all levels. As a representative of the traditional ancient town, Gongtan faces the problem of an urgent need for overall upgrades. However, most of the old buildings in the ancient town face random demolishing and reconstruction, which destroys and violates the style and feelings of the rural humanities and history. In this context, the ""boutique homestay"" was able to survive in the ancient town of Gongtan and develop rapidly.
Take the interior renovation of the ""Xufengyuan"" B&B in the ancient town as an example. The designer designed in accordance with nature and local conditions, and completed the renovation of this old building without changing the original architectural style, meeting its functional needs, and retaining and continuing the humanistic history and feelings of the locals.
Feel the human and nature, architecture, environment, sunshine, air, and the spirituality pervading them, and feel the atmosphere of a home with vitality and soul. The main purpose of this design is to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city and merge into the quiet, casual and simple life melody."
