Yin Rong Manor
Project Description
This plan is based on the French neoclassical style, and focuses on three strategies: functional layering, movement line reconfiguration, and material integration. It aims to create a high-end villa that integrates social, living, and relaxation functions. It follows the principle of dividing the space into active and passive areas, as well as separating public and private spaces, and achieves a vertical layout from the underground to the fourth floor.
The plan uses the elevator lobby and stairwell as the main transportation hubs to efficiently connect the functions of each floor: the basement level is equipped with leisure and logistical spaces such as chess tables and wine cellars; the mezzanine level has therapy rooms and tea rooms, catering to both private socializing and logistical services; the first floor has kitchen, reception room and parents' room, with separate zones for activities and rest; the second floor has double children's suites; the third floor has a private suite for the master bedroom; the fourth floor features a tea break area, a water bar and an exclusive cloakroom.
The space is based on symmetrical aesthetics and a light luxury texture. White carved wall panels, green luxury stones, marble fireplaces, and crystal chandeliers are used to create an elegant atmosphere. Layered lighting is adopted, combined with marble, wood veneers and metal materials. Through the interplay of light and texture, the texture is enhanced, achieving a high degree of unity between functionality and aesthetics.
In terms of the floor plan, the entrance light hall serves as the hub, and the red visiting route connects the library, the sunken courtyard, the dining booths, and the swimming pool fitness area. This design achieves clear division of activities and efficient, orderly flow of traffic. The logistics area (kitchen, power distribution, storage) is centrally arranged on the west side to avoid interfering with the public experience. The area ratios of each functional zone are reasonable, meeting the diverse service requirements.
The style is characterized as a Shanghai-style oriental design. The main materials include dark marble flooring, warm wood finishes, and gray artistic paint on the walls. It is complemented by warm linear light strips and artistic chandeliers to create a calm and refined atmosphere. In the design concept, the curved walls of the reception area soften the corners of the space, and the semi-transparent partitions not only ensure lighting but also divide the functional areas. The lighting system adopts a layered lighting strategy, combining embedded downlights, concealed light strips, and artistic chandeliers, to create a lighting environment system of basic lighting, atmosphere lighting, and key lighting, which not only ensures the functionality of the space but also enhances the spatial aesthetics through light and shadow, ultimately achieving a high degree of unity of function and aesthetics.
The overall design takes into account both the sense of ceremony and practicality. Through the coordination of materials, lighting and flow, it provides visitors with an immersive high-end club experience.
The interior design of the clubhouse not only retains the exotic style of Georgia but also integrates European classical elements, Eastern aesthetics and modern simplicity. Through modern techniques, it interprets classic symbols such as arches, domes and colonnades, enhancing the spatial order and sense of nobility. The black and white color scheme is complemented by stone, metal and artistic soft furnishings, and the layered lighting creates a sense of ceremony and artistic atmosphere, highlighting the high-end positioning.
