Xian Huafa Inner Mansion
Project Description
Xi’an Huafa Inner Mansion is located at south of the South Third Ring Road and east of Chang'an South Road, the project spans approximately 44.7 acres, featuring six high-rise residential towers and one high-rise office building. The master plan draws inspiration from ancient Chinese urban planning wisdom, adopting a grand central axis symmetry layout that forms a royal ceremonial axis running north-south. This design echoes the urban axis of Chang'an South Road, embodying the timeless elegance of millennia-old Eastern aesthetics.
Spatial Design: A Central Canyon Concept
The overall spatial design is based on the concept of a "central canyon," with a ceremonial symmetrical layout serving as its structural backbone, inheriting the spatial essence of Xi'an’s historical axes. The site slopes from south to north, creating a natural 6.8-meter elevation difference, which is ingeniously utilized to craft a "yacht-inspired living deck." All buildings are elevated 6.3 meters above ground and seamlessly connected by covered corridors, enhancing both functionality and grandeur.
Architectural Form: Majestic Yet Refined
The architectural design follows a "bold exterior, elegant interior" philosophy, achieving a harmonious balance of dignified proportions and delicate beauty. The tiered crown structures of the towers symbolize the continuity of urban cultural heritage. The overall composition takes cues from the imposing yet balanced style of the Tang Dynasty, incorporating soft curves to create a unique blend of majesty and grace—reminiscent of an emperor’s crown, exuding nobility and perfectly capturing the essence of Eastern aesthetics.
Innovative Living: “The Fourth-Generation Residence"
Through a staggered floor design (odd-even layering), residents can fully enjoy "garden cabin" living. The LDKBG (Living-Dining-Kitchen-Balcony-Garden) integrated layout seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor spaces, realizing the vision of the fourth-generation residence.
