Project Description
Here, it is both an open-air living room for the entire city and a secret domain accessible only to those who resonate on the same frequency, just as its name suggests: above the clouds, all are confidants. This project achieves a dialectical unity of the spiritual world and privacy through architectural design. Every detail is a luxurious aesthetic that can be read, reconstructing the ritual aesthetics of Eastern hospitality in a contemporary context, creating a spiritual vessel with cultural vitality. The case adopts a flexible and variable spatial layout, perfectly integrating business functions with an artistic atmosphere. It features different functional areas such as VIP reception rooms, art galleries, and wine and cigar bars, meeting the multiple needs of members for business, socializing, and leisure. The modern luxurious design style is used, incorporating artistic elements to create a luxurious spatial atmosphere. Selecting artworks, sculptures, installations, and more, the spatial artistic taste is enhanced. Through lighting design, material coordination, and other details, a comfortable and noble spatial experience is created. At the same time, the Morgan intelligent system is introduced, realizing functions such as spatial management and interactive experiences, enhancing the member experience.
BNC Design Co., the abbreviation for Shaanxi Xincái Construction Engineering Co., Ltd., is located on the top floor of Jing'an Square in Xi'an. The company covers an area of approximately 2,000 square meters and features a design center, urban living room, material display center, and a top-tier private club. It is one of the larger-scale interior design companies in Shaanxi Province. The main business focuses on comprehensive solutions for the interior and exterior spaces of high-end private residences, as well as planning integration and project management for architecture, commerce, offices, hotels, education, healthcare, and entertainment.
Led by renowned designer Wei Yilin, the design team has been established for many years. They possess professional knowledge from concept creation, project development, to project implementation. With a systematic operational model and comprehensive management capabilities for large-scale projects, they have built a pioneering design team with strong industry competitiveness. They have served numerous clients and have been widely praised in the industry. Designer Wei Yilin and her team have received the "2016 National Outstanding Decorative Designer" by the China Building Decoration Association, the "Advanced Residential Interior Designer" qualification certificate in 2017, and have consecutively won the "Most Beautiful Elegant Space Design Pioneer Figure" in 2017, 2018, and 2019, the "Most Beautiful Elegant Space Design Award" at the Red Cotton Awards in 2018, the "40under40 China (Shaanxi) Outstanding Young Designers" in 2019, and the "Excellent Designer Award" at the Golden Hall Awards in 2019.
