The landscape of the ACADEMY MANSION hides the charm of poetic scenery; the history of the academy flows with the civilization of cultural heritage and etiquette. Kunming · Shuxiang Yunhai, with an academy, inherits cultural heritage and etiquette, and captures the essence of everyday life. The project extracts the impression of traditional Chinese academies, and through the combination of space and reasonable scale, creates a leisurely and harmonious living space that blends reality and illusion. It integrates the connotation and spirit of the five-layered academy homecoming etiquette, capturing the scenery, filling it with leisure, and leaving a place of tranquility and elegance.
First Layer: Commercial Design - The surrounding environment and the deep cultural heritage of the site are compatible, forming a collision of nature and humanity and reflecting the future life of scholars and literati.
Second Layer: Homecoming Etiquette - The entrance features an academy-style gate, highlighting the welcoming ceremony. The landscape fully integrates with the architecture, with the facade’s image romantically colliding with the building.
Third Layer: Core Courtyard - The central landscape area features an oversized sunny lawn. The residents can lie on the landscape chairs to bask in the sun or rest in the open pavilions, accompanied by children’s laughter, the scent of flowers, and the gentle breeze.
Fourth Layer: Forest Leisure - Embraced by fragrance, the residents can feel the warmth of plants and the timeless elegance of greenery. Participants blend into the space, with hidden nobility among the flower forests, transitioning from noise to tranquility, giving the space a quiet and pleasant functional attribute, creating a truly heartwarming space.
