Boundless Intelligent Core: Huawei's Sci-Fi Intelligent Laboratory for Whole-House Intelligence
Design description:
I. Design background and initial intention
1. Foundation of deep cooperation: as the fifth design project commissioned by the owner, the high recognition of the previous sequence of residential design provides full trust and room for play in the design of this showroom.
2. Space limitation and breakthrough thinking: the showroom area is only 180 square meters, the traditional model room mode is difficult to fully present the diversified home scenes, and the style demand of “thousands of people with thousands of faces” can not be uniformly satisfied, so we turn to the innovative path of “de-stylization”.
Second, the core design concept
With the concept of “blank canvas × intelligent laboratory”, we abandon the style definitions of light luxury and Italian style, and focus on the “intelligent experience itself” with a minimalist sci-fi visual base, so that customers can perceive the intelligent system's reshaping of their lives through the mediums of light, sound, and sensing, etc., in a space with no style constraint. system's reshaping of life.
Design strategy and implementation methods
1. Stylized visual construction
◦ Adopt low-cost, sci-fi visual materials and minimalist lines to create a “neutral spatial base” to avoid the interference of style labels on customer perception.
◦ Creative furniture and lighting design with hidden light source to strengthen the sense of technology with the visual language of “less is more”. 2. immersive intelligent experience system

◦ Light Emotion Matrix: Dynamic light and shadow system can change color temperature and color in real time (e.g., technological blue, vibrant orange, ambient purple, etc.), and generate flowing color scale through algorithms to visualize the impact of intelligence on emotions.
◦ Multi-sensory linkage: the sensing device links the sound system to simulate the sound effect and atmosphere of the living room, kitchen and other scenes, so that the intelligent experience is separated from the “exhibit display” and transformed into an interactive life scene. 3.
3. Low cost and high quality realization
Through light and shadow algorithm and material texture matching (instead of expensive decoration), the “visual illusion” creates a sense of science fiction, balancing cost and effect.
Design highlights and commercial value
- Color and mood experiment: Light color changes become the visualization carrier of “intelligent influence”, and customers can intuitively understand how intelligence actively shapes the living atmosphere.
- Commercial validation: the output value reached 2 million RMB in the first month of opening, which proves that the strategy of “de-stylized intelligent experience” not only breaks through design innovation, but also accurately matches the market demand.
Design Logic:
Cooperation and Trust → Space Limitations → Stylized Positioning → Multi-sensory Intelligent Scene Construction → Commercial Value Landing, clearly presenting the design thinking and results of the “Anti-Traditional Showroom” with a structured narrative.
