Project Description
This investigation seeks to revive heathland in urban settings, focusing on Hampstead Heath and its potential extension to Clitterhouse Playing Fields in Brent Cross. Inspired by Hampstead Heath's historical expansions, the proposal incorporates sheep grazing as traditional landscape maintenance, blending human and non-human spaces while promoting a green network and discovery trails. Critiquing the Brent Cross Regeneration Programme, it reimagines the site’s farming heritage, adding allotments, restoring green-blue links, and de-culverting the river. The design envisions an educational, interactive space where humans connect with heathland flora and fauna, fostering shared social and ecological experiences.
I am a Landscape Architect with four years of experience delivering projects across the UK, Europe, and China. I am passionate about using sketching and rendering to communicate design ideas with clarity and impact. From expressive handdrawn sketches to detailed rendered site views, my visuals have consistently helped align proposals with clients and councils. I excel in the early design stages, contributing to concept development and supporting successful planning applications. My focus is on delivering inspiring schemes that balance clients’ visions, community needs, and local regulations. With diverse project experience and a strong foundation in landscape architecture, I am skilled at crafting innovative and sustainable solutions tailored to each unique site.
