The "Harmony in Diversity" series merges Confucian philosophy with modern design concepts, drawing inspiration from the Four Gentlemen. The design features abstract patterns and low-saturation ink wash gradients to showcase a contemporary expression of Eastern aesthetics. The 50×100cm modular units offer flexible configurations, making them suitable for offices, hotels, and multifunctional spaces, enabling the fusion of diverse styles. The innovative craftsmanship and eco-friendly materials ensure comfort, durability, and sustainability. This modular carpet, transcending its decorative function, conveys Eastern philosophical thought and artistic rhythm in modern spaces.
Rooted in Eastern Confucian philosophy, the series portrays the literary symbols of the Four Gentlemen—Plum, Orchid, Bamboo, and Chrysanthemum. The design deconstructs traditional patterns, freeing Eastern aesthetics from rigid symbolism. Using ivory white, beige, and charcoal gray as base tones, complemented by soft tones, ink wash, and black-gold accents, the carpet enhances the space with sophistication and depth. It seamlessly integrates into Western interior styles, embodying the path of harmonious coexistence and infusing contemporary vitality into timeless traditions.
The modular visual units(50×100cm) can be freely combined, symbolizing the coexistence of individuality and harmony. These units can either stand alone or be pieced together to create a unified, coherent aesthetic. The diverse configuration possibilities expand design potential, giving spaces greater flexibility. This collection breaks the boundaries of traditional culture, acting as a material vessel for the spirit of the Four Gentlemen. It transforms Eastern aesthetics, making them adaptable to modern spaces and bringing new life to the cultural legacy.
The series integrates 3D abstract weaving technology and precision machinery, creating a subtle micro-relief texture that enhances both the visual appeal and tactile comfort of the carpet. The surface layer utilizes hand-tufted-like multi-color jacquard weaving technology, providing full, plush pile for a more comfortable feel underfoot. The large-size backing enhances the sense of space, offering excellent soundproofing and noise reduction. The high-density structure increases durability while optimizing fire-resistance, significantly improving space safety. The unique gradient-dyeing yarn technique introduces rich color transitions and artistic layers, enhancing the aesthetic appeal.
The intermediate layer is made from PVC produced with DINCH plasticizer, offering a non-toxic, safe, and environmentally friendly composition. It is resistant to low temperatures, anti-fungal, and durable, with excellent processing capabilities and a long service life. DINCH is specifically developed for applications in human contact and has been rigorously tested and certified by global authorities, including REACH, FDA, and NSF. This ensures compliance with stringent standards for plasticizer use in Europe, the U.S., and Asia, making the material suitable for use in food packaging, toys, medical applications, and drinking water systems, meeting the highest safety standards.
The surface layer is made from 100% recyclable nylon, paired with a dye-free technology where color masterbatch is injected into the nylon yarn. Through melt-spinning, the motifs of Plum, Orchid, Bamboo, and Chrysanthemum are directly formed, eliminating wastewater produced by traditional dyeing processes. This creates a balance of eco-friendliness and aesthetic beauty. The soft backing layer is made from recycled PET bottles, transformed through an innovative process into durable yet soft PET felt. Each square meter of carpet utilizes approximately 22 discarded plastic bottles, providing exceptional durability, wear resistance, and soundproofing qualities, fully embracing the green sustainability concept.
