Project Description
1. Jade Cong Gate: Ritual Translation of Urban Context
Prototype Transformation: Taking the "Jade Cong", the treasure of the Hangzhou Museum, as the prototype, it is translated into a series of columns and stone platforms, creating a 75m-wide and 10m-high community entrance.
Material Philosophy: Using jade and Beijin Yellow stone, the leather surface treatment echoes the "patina" of the Jade Cong, conveying a gentle and refined temperament.
Texture Narration: The horizontal texture symbolizes the continuation of time and the pulse of the city, while the crescent arc details echo the rhythm of the West Lake's water waves.
Spatial Tension: The top arc-shaped roof is translated into the form of a Hangzhou paper umbrella, recreating the aesthetic of the umbrella's frame structure and creating an emotional transition interface between the city and home.
2. Three-dimensional Block: Multi-dimensional Connection in the Style of High Line Park
Policy Innovation: Utilizing the policy of "overhead garages not counted in floor area", the street-level space is raised as a whole, forming a gentle transition between the city and the community.
Functional Integration: The base layer incorporates commercial facilities and a garage system, isolating vehicle traffic and ensuring the privacy and tranquility of the community.
Scene Pre-presentation: The demonstration area presents high-quality amenities such as a double-level lounge, a suspended art gallery, and a full-height sunken basketball court in advance, forming an experiential living route.
Continuation of Vitality: The commercial facilities are closely connected with street activities, preserving the vitality of the urban block and creating a "breathing" facade of urban life.
3. Floating Island Garden: Contemporary Interpretation of Jiangnan Gardens
Spatial Framework: The inner courtyard is based on the concept of "Floating Island Garden", creating an immersive landscape sequence through independent yet interconnected theme gardens.
