Spanning approximately 7,170 sqft, the design elevates the existing environment into a dynamic, welcoming hub that champions diversity, inclusivity, and respect, hallmarks of Haleon’s core values.
Our approach marries biophilic design principles with hospitality-inspired ambiance, creating a warm, inviting, and comfortable atmosphere that enhances employee well-being and productivity. The renovation preserves the unique character of the original space while infusing it with fresh, functional elements that promote flexibility and adaptability for future growth.
Key Design Highlights are:
- Preservation & Fusion of Original Features: Respectful integration of existing architectural elements with contemporary finishes, ensuring a harmonious blend of legacy and innovation.
- Biophilic & Hospitality-Inspired Atmosphere: Incorporation of greenery, moss walls, and natural materials such as marble-effect tiles and stainless steel accents to foster a calming, nature-infused environment.
- Organized & Flexible Spaces: Thoughtfully designed zones; including touchdown areas, collaboration zones, private meeting rooms, and versatile lounge sets; are color-coded with Haleon’s branding to promote clarity and cohesion.
- Innovative Features:
Touchdown zones equipped with acoustic lighting and mood-enhancing elements, including backlit logos and feature walls, amplify the brand experience.
- Sustainable & Healthy Environment: Green-centric elements like a plant-filled pantry with an island counter, eco-friendly waste management stations, and full-height staff lockers exemplify Haleon’s commitment to sustainability and employee wellness.
