Haikou East River Island

by Shenzhen L&A Design Holding Limited

Project Description

Wanhua Haikou Jiangdonglu Island is an ecological high-end real estate project developed by Wanhua Group in the Jiangdong New Area of Haikou. It occupies the Jiangdong New Area of Haikou, and shares the benefits of the free trade port policy, and is adjacent to Meilan International Airport. It is a model of ecological island residence that global elites aspire to.
Jiangdonglu Island continues Wanhua's development philosophy of "ecology+high-end living". The project includes various products such as high-rise buildings, villas, apartments and hotels, forming a unique international waterfront ecological community.
And the project also invited several well-known international design teams to participate in the design of architecture, landscape, and decoration schemes. The entire ecological community has planned a waterfront commercial street, yacht club, art center, and high-end hotel, aiming to create a tropical rainforest atmosphere and a multi industry attitude, artistic ecological living system for guests. Unlike traditional coastal properties in Haikou, Jiangdonglu Island places more emphasis on ecological foundations and an international lifestyle.
