The case is located on the 11th floor (top floor) of the middle office building in Tianhei Times Square. Because the property has been used for a long time, the internal environment is actually poor, and the restrictions of property management result in little room for entrance appearance changes. Fortunately, all the windows in the office face the lighting patio of the building. Although there is no beautiful landscape, the lighting conditions are very good. Therefore, we set the most active area in the daylighting area, and set the best daylighting area to the employee area who works in the office for the longest time; The GM room and small meeting room with low use frequency will be set as large meeting room space that can be opened and closed to increase the use function and efficiency of the space.
The space environment of the whole design adopts a very clean white tone as the main body, and the intervention of sunlight makes the white walls and furniture have vitality immediately. Part of the ceilings in the reception area and the meeting room are made of mirror materials to improve the visual penetration of the space, which is full of fun.
The space layout adopts the "wandering" type dynamic line setting. The "moving white wall" is the key. When it is closed, the whole office is a regular office space with full functions. When it is opened, the functions change and the "wandering" route is broken, which is exactly the barrier required by the functional requirements.
As the owner is a famous furniture, customized production and dealer, all customized furniture, wall panels, hidden doors and other systems in this case are sourced from its unified customized procurement, ensuring the unity and integrity of design implementation. What needs to be specially noted is the selection of three parts of materials:
Imported PVC flooring is selected for the purchase of flooring, which meets the design requirements of large area seamless paving integrity and also has environmental protection, and takes good care of the nasal sensitive population compared with the fabric carpet.
Wallpaper In this case, the image wall at the entrance and part of the interior wall are pasted with VESCOM wallpaper imported from the Netherlands. The brand has always used the most environmentally friendly plant raw materials as the production substrate; Most importantly, its lines and texture enrich the expression of this case.
The conference chair in this case is the MOVE.ME brand office chair that has won the German Red Dot Award. The simple and modern appearance conforms to the design requirements of the project, while the sitting feeling is very comfortable, which is called "a chair that will not be tired after sitting for a long time".
This case has just been delivered, and has been well received by the customer company from the boss, management and employees. In particular, the opening and closing meeting room has solved the problem of space efficiency that plagued them for a long time. The leisure area near the window in the staff area provides a better communication environment for the company's afternoon tea culture.
