Fresha Warsaw Office – A Bold Manifestation of Brand Identity

by SAAN architects

Project Description

The office of the international company Fresha, located in the Central Tower building in Warsaw, was designed as a striking example of the brand’s visual identity.
The space's color scheme is based on the company’s brand book, reflecting the modern and vibrant spirit of Fresha’s ideology.
The first area encountered upon entering the office is the purple social zone, intended for shared meals and events, serving as the heart of office life. A long wooden island dominates this space, where employees can both dine and work. The unique atmosphere is enhanced by a hanging planter-lamp filled with lush greenery.
The corridors are designed in a vivid lime shade to energize the space and positively influence the staff’s mood. In contrast, the desk areas are kept in a subdued palette of whites, complemented by wooden furniture and greenery, creating a calm working environment. Alternative workspaces, such as meeting rooms and the playroom, are enriched with accents of vibrant orange. The playroom area offers the best view of the Palace of Culture and the very center of Warsaw, while a comfortable, soft sofa invites relaxation during work.
The office also features specially designed soundproof phone booths that provide maximum acoustic comfort for users.
The entire space is enhanced with interesting lighting effects, such as mirrors, neon lights, and backlit stretch surfaces. The finishing touch to the project is the abundant live greenery, which creates an energizing, creativity-boosting workplace.
