ELYSIAN

Located in the financial CBD core of Changsha's main urban district, the project comprises 21 residential towers, each with a fully elevated ground floor. These interconnected void spaces form a comprehensive community clubhouse system spanning all age groups, where standardization meets thematic variety in balanced harmony.
The arch serves as a unifying visual motif throughout the spaces, softening the structural rigidity of the architecture and establishing a calm, legible visual rhythm. Warm wood finishes are paired with matte metal trims and textured art paint, layering materials to create a restrained, gently welcoming atmosphere.
Thematic differentiation is best exemplified in the children's zone. A muted Morandi palette sets a soothing visual tone. The space is organized around age-appropriate behavior patterns, featuring themed modules such as an immersive dress-up area, a baking workshop, a treasure market, and a forest farmstead. These zones support role-playing, hands-on discovery, and imaginative play. Cartoon-inspired sculptures and IP-infused installations add a layer of narrative and memorability, drawing children into a world of story and wonder.
Reading and study areas, parent-child zones, senior wellness spaces, and neighborly gathering nooks are conceived as independent "space boxes" inserted into the larger void. Transparent circulation paths between modules preserve both functional zoning and the overall openness of the space. With floor-to-ceiling heights ranging from 6 to 9 meters, the garden-facing side remains largely unobstructed, drawing in natural light and outdoor greenery, creating a seamless visual and spatial connection between interior and landscape.
