A RESORT LUXURY VILLA IN THE KINGDOM OF BAHRAIN
Project Description
BILAJ AL JAZAYER – DILMUN LUXURY VILLA
Residential Project | Zallaq, Bahrain
The Bilaj Al Jazayer – Dilmun Luxury Villa is envisioned as a private resort-style residence that celebrates Bahrain’s strong relationship with the sea through a contemporary architectural expression. Inspired by the graceful form and movement of the manta ray, the design is characterized by sweeping curves, fluid circulation, open spaces, and a distinctive architectural envelope that conveys a sense of serenity, freedom, and connection to its coastal setting.
The villa is planned around a central circulation space, creating a strong visual and spatial connection between the different areas of the residence. The ground floor brings together formal and informal living spaces, dining areas, entertainment and wellness facilities, a patio, and pool, while the upper level accommodates private bedrooms together with a home cinema, gym, and game room.
A carefully considered material palette of natural stone, travertine, terrazzo, wood cladding, thatch roofing, Bali tiles, pebble finishes, and integrated landscaping reinforces the resort character of the property while giving the architecture warmth and a strong connection to nature.
The result is a distinctive luxury residence that combines architecture, landscape, water, and interior experience into one cohesive design, creating a private sanctuary that is contemporary in character while remaining deeply connected to Bahrain’s coastal identity.
