GREENTOWN- Sanya Yalong Bay Garden

The project is located in the Hi-Tech Park, Jiyang District, Sanya City, Hainan Province. The design adopts a minimalist style, illustrating the spatial structure with hard lines, reducing complexity in color and profile, and focusing on the relationship between light and shadow and space. It highlights the spatial power to create artistic aesthetics and spiritual space and conveys the resonance of the essence of life from pure nature.
When clients enter the lower negotiation area from the higher entrance hall, they will experience the unique design method of using the height barrier to divide the different parts and functions to balance the entire space. The staggering differences formed between heights generate a unique and visually memorable core physical axis. The selection of materials is based on the locality of Hainan, such as white beaches, waves, light-colored stone walls with natural texture, and dark rocky ground, implying the beaches and reefs of Sanya. Emerald green natural stones are to create blue waves, representing the rippling seascape of the Sanya, and a flatboat leading the viewer to the harbor of artistic aesthetics.
