10BAGGER ELITE INVESTMENT CLUB is a private investment club located within Shenzhen's Investment Bank Tower. Spanning approximately 140m², the space serves as a daily workplace for the owner and her partners, and as a venue for private meetings, salons, and small-scale gatherings with fund managers and high-net-worth clients.
The owner is a young private equity investor with a background in both art and jewelry investment. She focuses on value investing and network integration, and has a distinct personal aesthetic. She requested a bold color palette, with frequent use of red and green: red symbolizes the rise of China's stock market, while green represents the upward movement of the U.S. market. Consequently, both the living area and private office feature extensive red-and-green design elements, such as soft furnishings and art installations. The club's branding also appears throughout, including the arched doorway leading from the meeting area to the balcony.
In the meeting area, a wraparound sofa layout facilitates small-scale face-to-face conversations. A soft, warm Italian atmosphere creates a relaxed, residential feel—so much so that visitors almost forget they are inside a financial office building.
In the owner's private office, the classic red-and-green contrast reappears: a red desk paired with green chairs, symbolizing high returns in the stock market. A concentric circular rug gradients from green to red. The ring motif represents the inward focus of resource networks, while the layered annual-ring-like structure suggests a screening mechanism, culminating in the top-tier value circle represented by the owner herself. The walls feature paintings and sculptures by renowned contemporary Chinese artists. A dedicated jewelry display area (open for client purchase) reflects the owner's dual identity in art and jewelry investment, beyond value investing. The space retains its business function while avoiding the rigidity of a traditional office, underlining privacy, exclusivity, and personal aesthetic.
The landscaped balcony is planned as a tea and coffee area, offering expansive views. With art accents and a lighter touch, less red and green than indoors, it cultivates a more relaxed, leisurely atmosphere.
Throughout the space, lighting, sofas, cushions, and other furnishings are selected from Italian luxury home brands such as B&B Italia and Fendi Casa, enhancing the space's light luxury character and aligning with the owner's personalized taste.
